Matt completed his education in 1999 after which he spent 2 years with Haines Watts Chartered Accountants, advising on corporate and personal tax matters. Matt then spent 1 year trading commodities in London before deciding to make the change to the property industry, joining Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) in 2002. Matt joined the practice in early 2005 when CRES was acquired by Duncan & Bailey Kennedy and heads up the Marlow offices. Matt has 9 years experience in the local market and will deal with the marketing and disposal all types on Commercial Property, with a focus on the Retail Sector.
