FINAL LETTING AT ARTISAN, HIGH WYCOMBE

Artisan is a landmark 100,000 sq.ft. office building occupying a prominent position some 2 ½ miles west of High Wycombe town centre and a similar distance from Junction 4 of the M40.  Artisan was acquired by local investment/development company Skillbond Ltd, who set about a refurbishment programme to provide a high specification building providing a range of office areas together with an onsite restaurant.

Following the initial successful letting of some 33,000 sq.ft. to IFS, a further five lettings followed ranging from about 3,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. to tenants including TTI, Encology, Hansford Sensors Ltd, and Capital Cash. 

Skillbond are now delighted to announce the remaining 15,000 sq.ft. comprising ground floor accommodation has been let to Maritz Research UK Ltd for their new UK headquarters, which they are relocating to Artisan from Marlow where they have been established for many years.
