Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy are delighted to learn that they were the most active locally based Agent in both disposal and acquisition of office premises in the Greater Thames Valley, according to the latest figures compiled by Co Star.  Co Star are the leaders of Market research in the Commercial Property sector and compile performance figures on an annual basis.

The league table covers a wide area, as far West as Hungerford, East to Heathrow, North to Oxford and South to Basingstoke.

Duncan Bailey-Kennedy were placed 6th in the league of top performing disposal agents, ahead of a number of national firms and well ahead of their local rivals.  In fact we have let more space than the combined efforts of our two main local rivals!

The High Wycombe and Marlow based firm were also awarded 9th place in the top performing acquisition agents.

The majority of other firms with positions in the top 10 league tables are based in London and deal with fewer but larger properties within the area.
