DUNCAN BAILEY KENNEDY EXPAND

Duncan & Bailey Kennedy have recruited Chartered Surveyor Michael Darroch to expand and enhance the provision of professional services including valuations, rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, development appraisals and property management.  He holds an honours degree in Land Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael’s experience in all sectors of commercial property is extensive following roles at Slough Estates (now SEGRO), concentrating on the asset enhancement of a significant Shopping Centre holding, and at DTZ, where he was responsible for valuing a £1bn industrial portfolio, properties in a £3bn Shopping Centre fund and prime retail units on Regent Street, London.  He grew up in South Bucks and joins us from a local practice, making his knowledge of the region considerable.
