EGI Most Active Regional Agent In Buckinghamshire 2011

Duncan Bailey Kennedy are  delighted to announce that we  have won EGI’s  Most Active Regional Agent In Buckinghamshire Award 2011. This award is particularly pleasing as it is the first time that we have entered the competition and we have outperformed our competitors some of which have several offices in the area.

This follows on the back of our performance in the annual  Co Star Thames Valley Office Disposal Annual League Table  2010, where according to Co Star we disposed of nearly 200,000 sq ft of office space. This is more than the combined efforts of all our local rivals.

Celebrating our 25th year in 2011, this result is testament to the hard work and effort of our dedicated and experienced team.
