Centre - Slough Estates plc are delighted to report the continuing

which was only completed in November last year, has already attracted

PLC ACQUIRES INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT
Acting on behalf
of a private property company, Insignia Richard Ellis have successfully
completed an investment sale at High Wycombe. The property, at Halifax
House, Coronation Road, Cressex Business Park, comprises 36,777
sq.ft. of industrial accommodation, and was sold to Skillbond plc
for £1,200,000. Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy advised the
purchaser.

Merisant UK
Ltd, the manufacturers of the sweetener, Canderel underlined their
commitment to High Wycombe this month by acquiring Wye House, a
new detached office building situated along the London Road. Wye
House comprises 4,893 sq.ft. (455 sq.m) of good quality office accommodation,
and was let to Merisant UK Ltd on a new full repairing and insuring
co-terminus sub-lease expiring 2015, at a rental equating to £20.00
per sq.ft. exclusive. Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy acted on behalf
of the existing tenants as letting agents. Merisant UK Ltd were
represented by Slater Associates.

Duncan &
Bailey-Kennedy are pleased to announce that the last two remaining
units in the third stage of Mercury Park have been let before practical
completion. The buildings were let to companies within the pharmaceutical
and bio-tech industries, on fifteen year full repairing and insuring
leases, at rentals equating to £29.50 per sq.ft. exclusive.
Voyager, the largest of the two buildings at 10,320 sq.ft. was let
to Affymetrix UK Ltd, whilst Gemini I, a building of 8,084 sq.ft.
