  A high level of activity reported. Acting on behalf of Slough Estates plc, Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy are marketing this 100,000 sq.ft. industrial and warehouse scheme, located on Cressex Business Park, close to Junction 4 of the M40. The units were completed in November 2000, and currently over 70% is let or under offer. The remaining units are available at rents of £8.50 per sq.ft. Charles Miller, Agency Partner, comments that these new units are attracting a lot of interest from companies wanting a high profile building with easy access to the motorway system.
